FMT18T Synchronized Tracking & Tube-Side Controls

The FMT18T provides synchronized vertical tracking to the VS300 wall stand and source-to-image distance tracking to the EV800 elevating table. These functions help maintain tube-to-receptor alignment while reducing manual repositioning between exams.

Vertical Tracking to the VS300 Wall Stand

Synchronized vertical tracking moves the tube stand with the VS300 wall stand receptor to help maintain alignment during upright positioning.

This reduces the need to independently reposition the X-ray tube each time the receptor height changes.

Source-to-Image Distance Tracking to the EV800 Table

Source-to-image distance, or SID, is the distance between the X-ray tube focal spot and the image receptor.

The FMT18T can track SID as the tube is positioned with the EV800 elevating table, helping maintain consistent tube-to-detector alignment without repeated manual adjustments.

10.4-Inch Touchscreen & All-Lock Release

The tube stand includes a 10.4-inch touchscreen that displays tube angulation, SID values, and compatible generator controls.

An all-lock release sensor positioned near the lower tube-head handle allows the technologist to release the movement locks while gripping the handle. Electromagnetic braking secures the tube after positioning.

Automatic Collimation Using Anatomy-Based Exam Settings

With the automatic collimator and compatible DELWORKS configuration, pre-programmed anatomy-based exam settings can automatically adjust the X-ray field for the selected examination.

These exam presets are commonly referred to as anatomical programming radiography, or APR, settings. They help standardize collimation while reducing manual setup steps.

The FMT18T pairs the floor-mounted tube stand with the EV800 table and VS300 wall stand to support recumbent, upright, weight-bearing, and cross-table examinations within the same room.

EV800 800 lb Elevating Float-Top Table

The EV800 supports patients up to 800 lb (363 kg) and lowers to approximately 22.25 in (56.5 cm), helping simplify transfers and patient positioning.

Its four-way floating tabletop moves longitudinally and transversely, allowing the technologist to reposition the patient relative to the X-ray beam without repeatedly moving the entire patient.

Recessed foot controls and available table-side controls provide additional positioning access around the table.

VS300 Wall Stand for Upright & Weight-Bearing Exams

The VS300 uses electromagnetic fail-safe locks to secure receptor positioning. Its receptor can travel toward floor level, supporting upright examinations as well as weight-bearing imaging that requires lower detector placement.

Patient-side handgrips assist with positioning, while the technologist handgrip is designed to move comfortably as the receptor travels vertically.

Rotating Detector Tray & EV800 Positioning Accessories

An optional rotating detector tray allows compatible 14 x 17 in (35 x 43 cm) detectors to move between portrait and landscape orientation without removing the detector from the tray.
