Meet the MXR Imaging Executive Team

Bernard Amato serves as Chief Financial Officer for MXR Imaging, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the medical imaging industry and extensive expertise in financial leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business growth. Prior to joining MXR, Bernard spent 10 years in public accounting, building a strong foundation in financial management and compliance.

As a member of MXR's executive leadership team, Bernard oversees financial operations, forecasting, strategic planning, and risk management initiatives. His areas of focus include financial strategy, business performance, acquisition integration, and long-term value creation. Known for his collaborative leadership style and analytical expertise, Bernard plays a key role in supporting MXR's continued growth and operational excellence.

Shelby Lemler serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for MXR Imaging, overseeing operational strategy, service delivery, and organizational performance across the company's nationwide network. With extensive experience in the medical imaging industry, Shelby is known for his customer-first leadership approach and commitment to operational excellence.

He works closely with teams throughout the organization to ensure customers receive responsive support, reliable service, and solutions tailored to their needs. Shelby believes strong partnerships are built through communication, accountability, and a willingness to go above and beyond expectations. His leadership helps drive MXR's focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting continued growth and innovation throughout the organization.

Robert Manetta serves as President of Nationwide Imaging Services, Inc. and is a member of the MXR Imaging Executive Leadership Team. With nearly 40 years of experience in the diagnostic medical imaging industry, he has built a career centered on technical expertise, operational excellence, and customer-focused solutions.

Prior to founding Nationwide Imaging Services in 1993, Robert worked for Siemens Medical Equipment as a National Installation Supervisor, overseeing the installation of MRI and cardiac catheterization laboratory systems across the United States. His extensive industry knowledge and leadership have helped establish Nationwide as a trusted provider of diagnostic imaging equipment, refurbishment services, parts solutions, and technical support.

At MXR Imaging, Robert oversees capital equipment sales, procurement and refurbishment operations, parts sales and repair services, mobile fleet rental programs, shielding solutions, and sales team leadership. He continues to drive innovation and operational excellence while helping healthcare providers maximize the value of their imaging investments.

Kathleen Colahan serves as Director of Human Resources for MXR Imaging, bringing more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and public-sector organizations. She partners with executive leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives while supporting organizational growth and employee success. Her areas of focus include talent acquisition, recruiting and retention, workforce planning and development, employee relations, performance management, and benefits and compensation strategy and administration.

Known for her practical, business-focused approach, Kathleen is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture that supports both employees and organizational success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, maintaining an active lifestyle, and traveling, including hiking Ohio's Metroparks and exploring national parks and coastal destinations.
