Account Manager and MRI/CT Sales Operations

Remote Position
Position Summary:
The Account Manager & Sales Operations position is firstly responsible for maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers assigned to this person. They will monitor the customer’s satisfaction with MXR, taking action when needed to resolve customer issues which includes but is not limited to the areas sales, service and billing. This person will be responsible for providing quotes and service contracts to their accounts, and coordinate with internal and external resource to address customer requests or issues.
In Addition, this person will be responsible for supporting MR/CT sales reps with respect to generating and processing Service Contracts, Purchase Agreement and Rental Agreements as well as training/supporting them in Salesforce CRM.

Essential Duties:
  • Obtain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Company product and service offerings.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within assigned accounts for equipment purchases and service contracts, develop and provide quotations to accounts when appropriate.
  • Manage renewal of service contracts within assign accounts.
  • Conduct outbound campaign calls and relationship management activities to assigned accounts and leads provided.
  • Track opportunities within assigned accounts by providing regular CRM updates.
  • Coordinate communication between assigned accounts and internal teams such as Customer Support, Service Logistics, Sales and Finance when required.
  • Assist with cash collection and/or the resolution of disputes or major issues with customers.
  • Capture pertinent customer data elements to increase knowledge of the customer and update/ the information within the CRM.
  • Actively participate in enhancing the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify, recommend and create best practices to enhance customer experience.
  • Attend/contribute to Sales Trade-show events.
  • Research and create strategic plans from competitive Intel and provide plans to retain and obtain key accounts.
  • Coordinate installation of Canon CT’s between customer and Canon and manage/track the renewal of Canon Service Contracts
  • Tracking Legacy UMS Inventory
  • Track Royalties to University of Illinois for Cat Traps
  • Train new sales reps on usage of the CRM.
  • Support Sales reps by giving them guidance using and best practices with Salesforce CRM, submitting quotes and managing their Opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma 
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience related to diagnostic imaging equipment service contracts
  • Experience working with or for a diagnostic imaging OEM
  • Familiarity with the multi-vendor diagnostic imaging service market
  • Experience and success navigating purchasing decisions within healthcare facilities
  • General knowledge of contemporary healthcare economics
  • Experience using the CRM
